Midheaven
The Midheaven, or MC, is an ecliptic point associated with its intersection with the local meridian. It is interpreted symbolically in terms of public direction.
How it is defined
It is not the zenith or necessarily the ecliptic’s highest point. It coincides with the tenth cusp in several quadrant systems, but not in every house system.

Start by identifying the factor, its position and the data behind it. Then explore its symbolic reading and consider which questions make sense in your own experience.
A concrete example
In whole-sign houses, distinguish the sign occupying the tenth house from the MC’s position. Comparing them avoids treating different data as one coordinate.
