Reflect on eight areas of life and choose where to take a small step.

What it is for

The wheel brings eight everyday areas together to reflect on how things feel now, without giving an overall grade. Choose where to direct attention and turn that into a small action. Areas need not matter equally, and you need not aim for ten everywhere.

How to use it

Rate current satisfaction from 0 to 10 in each area; omit any that do not fit. Complete at least three and choose one to three priorities. Add a short action for each priority. Save a wheel to compare it with a later one in this browser.

Reading your result

A lower area is not automatically your priority: you decide where to act. Differences from an earlier wheel only describe your own ratings. Omitted areas remain unrated, not zero. Save each snapshot before moving on.
